Silk Screen Printing
Silk Screen printing is one of the most common for large volume runs, and provides an extremely high quality durable finish. Printing up to 5 colours at up to 2000 units/hr Trends state of the art printer produces stunning results particularly with solid PMS colors.. To prepare for silk screen printing we separate your artwork into individual component colors and create a positive film for each. These films are then used to expose the screens used in the final printing. We use 85 to 120 line screens.
Full Color Inkjet Printing
For smaller runs we use an industrial Primera Bravo printer. The quality of the print is exceptionally high and is particularly appropriate for reproducing full colour photography on disc.
Direct Black on Silver
For this method we use a Rimage thermal printing process. This method provides a very professional finish for black text on basic graphics or small runs.
DVD Duplication Costs / DVD Replication Prices
No DVD duplication job is too big or too small and we offer short run DVD duplication and bulk DVD replication. If you are looking for cheap replication costs, we will offer you low DVD replication prices.
